Reason: Risk of serious injury or death from choking, aspiration pneumonia, suffocation and ear infections with the use of baby bottle self-feeding devices.

Action: Stop using the product immediately. Dispose of the product safely by cutting the teat and placing it with household waste so it can’t be used by anyone else.
