Hazard: Outdoor Sports NZ is recalling this product because the D-ring handle that is used to unlock the weight pocket from the Buoyancy Compensator Device (BCD) can detach during use. If this happens, the user will not be able to remove the weight pocket in an emergency in order to rise to the surface.

Action: Stop using the recalled Monorail Weight Pocket. Contact a local authorised dealer (see product identifiers’) to arrange for a free repair conducted at the store.
