Hazard / issue The adaptors do not meet Australian Electrical Safety Requirements as the plug pins are uninsulated and they do not have the required Australian Regulatory Compliance Mark.
Remedy / action
- Consumers should immediately stop using the adaptors and disconnect from power supply and appliances. Return the adaptor to any BIG W store for a full refund, or contact the supplier to arrange the return of the product and refund.
