Hazard / issue The product doesn’t comply with the mandatory standards for products containing button/coin batteries . The battery compartment isn’t secured with captive screws, and children could access the button/coin battery. The product is missing warning information about: the dangers of button/coin batteries to children what to do when a person suspects someone has swallowed or placed a button/coin battery inside any part of their body.
Remedy / action
- 1. Stop using the LED light up puck and keep away from children. 2. Customers can return the light-up puck to receive a partial refund of $15 or return the table and light-up puck to receive a full refund.
