Hazard / issue The battery compartment is secured with a screw. The screw is not permanently attached to the latch, so if the screw is lost or removed, the battery could become accessible. The product does not include warning information about: the dangers of button/coin batteries to children what to do when a person suspects someone has swallowed or placed a button/coin battery inside any part of their body.
Remedy / action
