Hazard / issue The product’s silicone sensory components may pose a safety risk to children under 36 months. The sensory components may detach, or, due to their size and length, the silicone tentacles may pose a choking hazard to children under 36 months of age.
Remedy / action
- Stop using the toy immediately and keep it out of reach of children. Please bring it to your nearest Farmers store for a full refund.
