Hazard / issue The lithium-ion battery in the power banks may overheat and catch fire.
Remedy / action
- Stop using affected power banks immediately. Do not throw the power bank in the rubbish, home recycling, or public recycling boxes. Return the products to a TK Maxx store for a full refund or dispose of the power banks in accordance with local requirements for disposing of lithium batteries. Confirmation of disposal will be sought prior to processing the refund.
