Reason: The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) received a notification from the importer that the above-mentioned product did not indicate the best before date according to the requirements stipulated in Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations (Cap. 132W). For the sake of prudence, the importer has voluntarily stopped sales and removed from shelves the affected product and initiated a recall.
Consumer action: Not to consume the affected product. Members of the public can identify the affected product from the package without the best before date and batch number.
