Hazard / issue The built-in battery may overheat during normal usage and pose a fire risk.
Remedy / action
- Stop using the projector immediately and check the serial number. Contact BenQ to arrange to return the product for either: a free replacement with an upgraded GV32 model projector; or to have the battery replaced and firmware updated on the affected GV31 model projector. Contact BenQ Australia for more information or need further assistance relating to this recall.
