Hazard / issue Due to a manufacturing fault, the internal components can short-circuit during normal use. The battery charger is not registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS).
Remedy / action
- Stop using the battery charger immediately and disconnect it from the power source. Return the battery charger product to the place of purchase for a refund or a replacement battery charger when available.
