Serial number identification: Identify the serial number (S/N) printed on the back (beginning with ‘MVRX’ followed by further digits). Serial Numbers beginning with MVP are not part of this recall. Model number identification: Identify the model number on the back. It should read VBM55RX. If your model number includes a letter “N” (VBMN55RX) it is NOT a part of this recall. - Stop using the affected Babysense MaxView parent unit immediately, unplug it from any power source and do not charge or use it. to enter your details and serial number and follow the on-screen instructions to receive a free replacement of the parent unit. You should dispose of the old parent unit once you receive confirmation it is a part of the affected serial numbers. Do not throw the old parent unit in household trash/waste or in general recycling bins. Dispose of the old parent unit by taking it to a certified e-waste or hazardous waste facility that handles products containing lithium-ion batteries. Contact your local authority to confirm your nearest location.
