Hazard / issue Build-A-Bear is recalling the Heartwarming Hugs Bear 2 with a zipper closure because the zipper slider may detach. The zipper slider may pose a choking hazard.
Remedy / action
- Stop using the recalled Heartwarming Hugs Bear 2 immediately and return it to a Build-A-Bear Workshop location. Upon return, Guests will receive a refund to original form of payment or a gift card for the original purchase price, redeemable toward any Make-Your-Own furry friend and/or other available merchandise.
