Hazard / issue This product may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The zipper slider may detach and become a choking hazard.
Remedy / action
- Stop using the affected Heartwarming Hug Bear 2 immediately and keep out of reach of young children. Return the affected bears to a Build-A-Bear Workshop for a full refund or Build-A-Bear Workshop gift card.
