- Check if the underside of the stopper has a pressure relief feature (see picture provided). If not, you have an affected product and Thermos will provide a replacement stopper when contacted by you at no cost. Replacement stoppers are expected to be available within 4 to 6 weeks. When contacting Thermos, please provide your name, contact details, postal address, and a photograph of the underside of the stopper to verify the product is an affected product. You should not use the product until the replacement stopper has been installed.
