Hazard: Kmart are recalling the ANKO Silicone Chick Teether because it may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age. Small parts may separate from the toy and become a choking hazard. There is a risk of serious injury or death by choking if children swallow small loose silicone components.

Hazard: Kmart is recalling this drink bottle because the lid threading may shrink when exposed to hot liquids, causing the lid to eject as a projectile. There is a risk of serious injury including lacerations from impact if the lid ejects forcefully or burn injuries from hot liquids. Incidents have occurred.
