Hazard / issue The product is being recalled by Kmart because the gel pak may include ethylene glycol, a toxic substance (rather than the non-toxic ingredient glycerol). If packaging becomes damaged, ethylene glycol can leak out and if swallowed, can cause irreversible injuries or death.
Remedy / action
